Dangote Petroleum Refinery has significantly reduced Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) prices from ₦890 to ₦825 per litre, directly easing financial burdens on Nigerians.
Starting February 27, 2025, this ₦65 reduction aligns with government-led economic recovery initiatives, providing immediate relief to consumers.
On Wednesday, the company announced regional pricing: Lagos MRS outlets will charge ₦860, while South-West, North, and South-South/South-East stations will sell at₦870,₦880, and ₦890, respectively. Similarly, Ardova Petroleum and Heyden stations will adopt slightly varied pricing, with Lagos at ₦865 and other regions at ₦875, ₦885, and ₦895 per litre.
Dangote Refinery assured uninterrupted petroleum supply, confirming sufficient reserves to meet domestic demand while maintaining surplus for export. These exports aim to boost Nigeria’s foreign exchange earnings, reinforcing economic stability. The company urged fuel marketers to cooperate, ensuring direct benefits reach Nigerians.
