Case of perjury, corruption, false assets declaration against Soludo, fictitious and fake — Media aide

Christian Aburime, a media aide to professor Chukwuma Soludo says, the case of perjury, corruption, false assets declaration against the former Central Bank of Nigeria Governor and flag bearer of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) are fictitious and fake in its entirety.

Aburime was reacting to a trending news which says, a court has initiated criminal summons against Soludo

He described the news as a hatched paid job that is fake, fictitious and libelous, adding that Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo does not own any property in London as being alleged

He further noted that Soludo’s team is not aware of any court summons to this effect.

Aburime however urged the general public to disregard the news as there is no truth in it.

He said, “The so-called breaking news currently circulating on some online news platforms which has just been aired by AIT alleging that an Abuja court issued a criminal summons against former CBN Governor, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, APGA gubernatorial candidate over case of perjury, corruption, false assets declaration is completely fictitious and fake in all its entirety

“This is a hatched paid job that is fake, fictitious and libelous. Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo does not own any property in London as being alleged

“We are not aware of any court summons to this effect.

“This piece of news is not only fictitious but totally fake in all its entirety, therefore it should be completely disregarded.

“It should also be noted that this is a season of election especially in regards to the up-coming governorship election in Anambra state and all manners of fake and fictitious news abound.

“The general public especially the good people of Anambra state should please disregard this misleading information as it lack substance in every material therein.
