The President of the Senate Dr. Bukola Saraki has affirmed the Senate’s resolve to challenge the judgement of the Federal High Court, Abuja, to stop it from overriding President Muhammadu Buhari’s decision not to sign the amended Electoral Bill into law.
Senator Saraki said this yesterday in a statement obtained by ElombahNews.
He said that “The Senate has resolved to write to the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Walter Onnogen, over the issue of separation of powers.”
