BREAKING: Zamfara Governor allegedly kidnaps INEC Returning Officer

Governor Bello Matawalle of Zamfara State has allegedly kidnapped the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Returning Officer of Maradun Local Government.

The Maradun Local Government Returning Officer raised the alarm in a text message sent to one Alhaji Abbas.

Zamfara is one of the few states the governorship election results are yet to be announced.
