A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Raymond Dokpesi has been arrested at Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport.
It was gathered that Dokpesi was arrested on his way back from medical treatment at the American Hospital, Dubai, UAE.
An immigration officer was quoted as saying that Chief Dokpesi is on the security watchlist of the Federal Government and that there were instructions from above to arrest him on arrival.
