Former President Olusegun Obasanjo will be backing Atiku Abubakar, his former deputy, ahead of the 2019 presidential election, having described him as “President-to-be” following a meeting between the two men in Abeokuta, capital of Ogun State, on Thursday.
Joining Atiku at the meeting were his right hand man and former Governor of Ogun State, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, and Uche Secondus, the National Chairman of the party.
