Following the refusal by the Independent National Electoral Commission to respect court injunction, the legal team of the Labour Party is reportedly in a meeting with officials of the electoral umpire in Abuja over inspection of electoral materials used for the February 25 presidential poll.
At the time of filing this report, the head of the legal team, Dr Livy Uzoukwu, led 60 lawyers into the meeting and are expected to brief newsmen thereafter.
The meeting is being held at the commission’s national headquarters.
