BREAKING: Court sentences Adedoyin, 2 staff to death by hanging

The Osun State High Court, presided over by Chief judge of Osun State, Justice Oyebola Ojo, has sentenced the owner of Hilton Hotel, Dr. Rahmon Adedoyin and two of the hotel staff to death by hanging over the murder of a student of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) Ile-Ife, Mr. Timothy Adegoke.

News Band had earlier reported that Justice Ojo has declared that Dr Rahman Adedoyin, owner of Hilton Hotel Ile-Ile, where Timothy Adegoke OAU postgraduate student was allegedly killed was culpable of murder.

The court found Adedoyin and three of his staff guilty of murder and conspiracy.

The judge held that circumstantial evidence confirmed Adedoyin and his staff killed Adegoke and tried to conceal the situation.
