BREAKING: Buhari cancels Rwanda trip, recalls protocol staff

Preesident Muhammadu Buhari has cancelled a trip to Kigali, Rwanda, for the extraordinary meeting of African Union Heads of State and Government.
Presidential sources told TheCable that Buhari suddenly cancelled the meeting scheduled to hold on Wednesday.
The president would have depart for Kigali on Monday.
He was supposed to sign the framework agreement for establishing the Continental Free Trade Area (CFTA).
