Bolaji Abdullahi Declares For Kwara Governor [Updated]

Former spokesman of the All Progressives Congress [APC], Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi has declared his interest to contest for the governorship seat of Kwara State during the 2019 general elections.

Mallam Abdullahi disclosed this on his personal Twitter handle on Wednesday, saying that “the stage is getting set”.

Abdullahi, it could be recalled, recently decamped from the ruling APC to the Peoples Democratic Party [PDP], under whose platform he will be contesting.

He decamped following the footstep of his political godfather, President of the Senate, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki.

The state governor, Abdulfatah also dumped the ruling party for PDP and has declared interest to contest for the senatorial seat of his district.
