The Court of Appeal in Kaduna, today, has upheld the ruling of a Federal High Court Kano, which forfeited in the interim, $9,772,800 and £74,000 belonging to former Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation [NNPC], Mr. Andrew Yakubu.
The loot was uncovered by Economic and Financial Crimes Commission [EFCC] operatives and suspected to be proceeds of illegal activities.
