The Chairman of the Benue State All Progressives Congress [APC] Gubernatorial Election Committee, Alhaji Mutiu Are, in the early hours of Tuesday morning, officially declared Rt Hon Emmanuel Jime winner of the Benue APC Gubernatorial Primaries in Benue State.
Hon. Jime will square up against the incumbent governor, Mr. Samuel Ortom who defected from the party to the opposition Peoples Democratic Party [PDP] at the 2019 general elections.
