Board of Trustee of People Democratic Party(PDP) on Tuesday warned that any attempt to frame up the Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu
on alleged forgery of Senate’s rule book portend danger for democracy.
The Chairman of Bot, Ambassador Walid Jubiril who stated this in solidarity visit to PDP caucus in Senate added that Ekweremadu should be left alone in this ongoing forgery trial.
He said that both APC senators and PDP Senators elected Ekweremadu as the Deputy Senate President inisisting that no attempt should be made to embarrss the Deputy Senate President on alleged forgery suit.

According to him, we are here to pay solidarity visit to Deputy Senate President on the alleged forgery suit. Ekweremadu is a man of integrity, any attempt to remove him will not augur well for our democracy.
He added that the PDP Bot cannot sit down and be watching thier own son to be embarrased.
