Ahead of the off cycle governorship election in Anambra State in November, the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the Labour Party has approved April 5, 2025 as the date it will elect the party’s gubernatorial candidate.
In a statement issued by the spokesman of the party, Mr. Obiora Ifoh while quoting the National Secretary of the party, Alhaji Umar Farouk Ibrahim, said that the timetable and schedule of activities for Anambra State 2025 gubernatorial primaries also indicates that the sale of expression and Interest/Nomination forms will commence on Monday, 10th of February, 2025.
Also, the sale of delegate form, according to the statement will commence on the 20th of March 2025.
