Anambra Assembly poll: APGA in early lead

Results from various polling centres in Anambra State after Saturday, March 18 Assembly election reveal the ruling All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) is in comfortable lead and poised to maintain majority of the seats in Anambra State House of Assembly (ASHA).

Reports from polling and collation centres across the state and the Anambra State headquarters of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Awka indicate that APGA has already won 17 seats.

Total number of seats in the legislative house is 30.
