The Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists of Nigeria (AMLSN) is set to hold its highly anticipated 59th annual Scientific Conference/AGM at the prestigious Abuja International Conference Center (AICC) from the 16th to the 19th of November 2023.

With the theme “Universal Health Coverage: The Medical Laboratory Priority in Nigeria,” this event promises to be a landmark occasion in the country’s healthcare sector.

During a recent press briefing, the National President of AMLSN, Professor James Darmen, alongside Amb. Ibrahim Umaru Fewudu, Chairman of the Conference National Organizing Committee (NOC), assured attendees and the general public that this conference would be unparalleled in the annals of the country’s healthcare sector.

Prof. Darmen revealed that his tenure as National President would conclude with the end of the conference, and the election of his successor would be conducted during its closing stages.
