Abia has not collected bailout funds – Gov Ikpeazu

ikpeazuGovernor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State was live on Magic FM Radio Conversation with the people of Abia today, September 15, 2015. 

According to Governor Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, by October 30, 2015, Abia State workers wouldn’t be owed a penny in arrears of salary. All salary arrears would have been cleared. 

The Governor particularly stated during the Magic FM 102.9 Aba Radio program this morning that Abia State has not collected the bailout funds from the Federal Government. 

And as soon as the bailout funds get to the State treasury, the payment of salary arrears will effected without delay. 

On the other hand, the Governor promised to begin the reconstruction of Arochukwu Road, Aba/Port Harcourt road, Ohanku road in his next 100 days in office. 

In addition, Governor Okezie Victor Ikpeazu assured the young and unemployed in Abia State of his plan to create sustainable jobs through the Education for Employment E4E programme. 

A scheme that would guarantee sustainable jobs with needed technical skills through effective technical education.
