An abandoned unidentified newborn baby has been reportedly found dead in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
The dead child was found wrapped with black polythene and dumped under the bridge at the Uncle Joe area in Mokola, Ibadan.
According to Punch, the body might have been dropped early Wednesday probably hoping to be discovered by passersby but was found dead afterwards.
