Atiku with the seven governors that staged the walkout from Eagle Square in 2013 protesting that Power should return to North but today (2023) contesting to retain power in North!

I was at Eagle Square Abuja during the 2013 PDP non-elective National Convention on 31st August, 2013.Atiku and seven Governors, Sokoto-Wamako, Kwara-Saraki, Rivers-Amaechi, , Jigawa-Lamido, Niger- Aliyu, Adamawa-Nyako and Kano-Kwankwaso staged a walkout from the Convention protesting that it was schemed for Jonathan to run under PDP in 2015, saying that power should return to North for them to complete Late Yar’adua tenure.

They later went and joined others to form APC to make sure that power returned to the North. In 2015, Buhari was elected and re-elected in line with the wishes of Atiku led seven walkout governors in 2013.

Now it is the time for the same people that walked out protesting that power should rotate to the North to do the same to the South, they are now trying to change the goalpost in the middle of the match!

Today, 8years after the power has been in the North with Buhari as the President, it is meant to return to the South in line with equity and balance.

But what do we have with these supposedly respected men in 2023?

Atiku Abubakar, Abubakar Bukola Saraki, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, Kwankwaso, Babangida Aliyu, Nyako and Sule Lamido are leading for power to be retained in the North while Amaechi is silent.

To make the matter worst, Atiku and Kwankwaso are contesting to retain power in the North, Tambuwal is the Atiku’s Campaign manager, Saraki Atiku’s adviser, Lamido his adviser too and same with Aliyu. Apart from Wamako and silent Amaechi, all other persons are seeking to retain power in the North. You can imagine.

They are fighting to keep power in the North for another 8years making it straight 16years of power in the North!

These men are a threat to the National Unity and my generation must stand to say NO to them!

They hate the Unity and progress of this country hiding under Political party, Religion and ethnicity!

When the history of today and our fourth republic will be told tomorrow, history will be very UNKIND to them for fighting to destroy the unity of the country with their inconsistency and desperation against the unity of the country.

2023: Si kpuoo Ndigbo isi akpuru Arubati !

Ndigbo supported Obasanjo in 1999, he is a Yoruba man not minding the sacrifices of the likes of Alex Ekwueme in PDP.

Ogbonnaya Onu, an Igboman was persuaded by Ndigbo and he dropped his APP presidential candidacy for Olu Falea the then AD candidate to form APP/AD alliance with Olu Falea as the single candidate in 1999 which made 1999 Presidential election all Yoruba elections with hope that one day, others will support an Igbo man for the presidential election.

In 2003, a frontline Igbo Politician, Chuba Okadigbo died supporting Buhari (a Fulani)’s quest for Presidency in 2003. It was a great sacrifice for Ndigbo.

In 2007, Ndigbo supported Yar’adua (a Fulani man) with hope that it will get to our turn and others will support us.

In 2011, Ndigbo supported Jonathan (an Ijaw man) with hope that we will be supported someday.

In 2023, We are seeking for the rest of other tribes to support someone from South East and Ndigbo. We have supported Yoruba, we expected that Tinubu should lead the support for an Igbo man in 2023.

We have supported Fulani and we expect that Atiku should lead the support for someone from South East in 2023.

Ndigbo have paid the price, our fathers have paid their price on supporting others.

It is against the natural justice, moral justice and even against one’s chi for anyone to urge Ndigbo in 2023 to vote against Obi for Atiku or Tinubu. We have paid the price and we have been so patience! we have supported others! I have supported others too!

We are Progressive Republicans as Ndigbo with eyes on ‘eme nwata ka emere ibeya Obi adiya mma’…

Republicanism is the core characteristics of Igbo man.

In this 2023, Peter Obi is not just only better, history and sentiments favours him also.
