2018 Osun Gov poll: APC to appeal judgement, Atiku, Obi congratulate Adeleke

All Progressives Congress in Osun has rejected the judgment of the Election Petition Tribunal verdict that declared Adeleke the winner of the 2018 governorship election in the state.
APC, in a terse message sent to our correspondent by the party’s spokesperson, Mr. Kunle Oyatomi, said, “‘The verdict cannot stand superior legal scrutiny. Therefore we will appeal against it.”

Meanwhile the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, and his running mate, Peter Obi have congratulated the party’s governorship candidate in Osun election, Ademola Adeleke, after he was announced the winner of the election by the state election petition tribunal.
On his verified Twitter handle, Atiku also hailed the judiciary, for indeed, being the hope of the common man.
